  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Mushrooms

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Onion (large)

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Turmeric To taste salt To taste chili

  4. 2 Tomatoes (large) Oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Wash and finely slice mushrooms. Slice onion fine. Heat oil and add turmeric and onions. Fry until soft. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove cover and dry out all the water. Serve hot.
