  1. 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix

  2. 1/4 cup cold water

  3. 1 lb. ground beef

  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  7. 2 Tbs. Bisquick Baking Mix

  8. 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

  9. 2 eggs

  10. 1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese

  11. 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

  12. 1 cup shredded Cheddar

  13. cheese (about 4 ozs.)

  14. 6 to 8 servings

  1. Method :

  2. Heat oven to 375°F. Mix 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix and the water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

  3. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Ease into plate; flute edge if desired.

  4. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt, pepper, 2 Tbs. Bisquick Baking Mix and the Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Spoon into pie crust. Mix eggs and cottage cheese; pour over beef mixture. Arrange tomato slices in circle on top; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake until set, about 30 minutes.
