  1. 1 can (16 oz) cream style corn

  2. 2 tablespoons minced onion

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  5. 1 cup Cheez-It Crackers Sunshine® Cheez-It® Original, coarsely crushed

  6. 4 eggs, well beaten

  7. 3 cups scalded milk

  8. 2 tablespoons melted butter

  1. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine corn, onion, salt, pepper, cracker crumbs and beaten eggs in a bowl. Stir in milk.

  2. Pour mixture into casserole dish and drizzle with melted butter. Set casserole dish into pan of hot water and bake, uncovered, at 325F for 1 1/4 hours, or until firm and lightly browned on top.
