  1. LIMEADE PIE

  2. 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  3. 6 oz can frozen limeade concentrated, thawed, undiluted

  4. 1/2 cup lime juice

  5. 1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring

  6. 2 or 3 drops liquid green food coloring

  7. 6 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  8. 2 6-oz chocolate flavored crumb crusts, or pre-baked pie shells

  9. lime slices for garnish

  10. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium

  11. speed with mixer until well blended.

  12. Stir in 2 cups shipped topping into lime mixture. Gradually fold

  13. 4 cups whipped topping into lime mixture. Retain

  14. 1 cup topping

  15. for garnish.

  16. Spoon mixture into prepared crusts. Dollop reserved whipped topping

  17. around edges of pies. Cover with Saran wrap loosely and freeze.

  18. Garnish as desired and serve.

  19. Yields 2 pies. These store like a dream in the freezer until needed

  20. for up to one month.
