  1. 236 1/29 ml chopped onion

  2. 1 green pepper , chopped

  3. 29 1/28 ml butter

  4. 453 1/29 g ground turkey , cooked

  5. 4.92 ml seasoning salt

  6. 4.92 ml pepper

  7. 340.19 g tomato puree

  8. 425 1/54 g diced tomatoes

  9. 473.18 ml water

  10. 226.79 g uncooked egg noodles

  11. 226.79 g shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Saute first 3 ingredients.

  2. Add next 6 ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Pour a little sauce in a 9 X 13 dish and top with the noodles.

  4. Cover noodles with remaining sauce and top off with the cheese.

  5. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

  6. When I figured out points for it, it came to 6 points per serving. Double check of course. ?
