  2. Sour Cream Green Bean Salad

  8. 4 c cold cooked beans

  9. 2 green onions or 1 small onion

  10. 1 tbsp sugar

  11. 1 tbsp cider or white vinegar

  12. 1/2 c dairy sour cream

  13. salt and pepper -- to taste

  14. Schnippel the beans by cutting them on the bias in very long, thin slices.

  15. Place in a bowl and add onion. Blend remaining ingredients, pour over beans and toss lightly.
