  1. 1 lb boneless flank, top round or sirloin steak (or you could use chicken or pork as well)

  2. 3/4 cup buffalo wings sauce or cayenne pepper sauce

  3. 3 Tbsp taco seasoning mix

  4. 2 red or green bell peppers, cut into quarters

  5. 1 large onion, cut into thick slices

  6. 8 8 inch flour or corn tortillas, heated Sour cream, lettuce or shredded cheese

  1. Pour 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce over steak in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 min-3 hours. Drain meat and rub both sides with seasoning mix. Grill meat and veggies 10-15 min until meat is medium rare and veggies are charred, but tender. Thinly slice meat and veggies. Place veggies in large bowl. Stir in chili sauce and remaining 1/4 cup buffalo wings sauce. Layer meat and veggie mixture on tortillas, dividing evenly. If desired, serve with sour cream, lettuce, and cheese.
