  1. 1 teaspoon chili sauce

  2. 1 small onion -- grated

  3. 1 teaspoon water

  4. 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  7. 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

  8. 1 cup sour cream

  9. 1 cup mayonnaise

  10. 1 teaspoon mustard -- cream or dry

  11. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preparation : Combine chili sauce, onion, water, vinegar, garlic powder, and horseradish in blender and puree at low speed. Add all remaining ingredients and blend well.
