  1. 2 martini glasses frosted in the freezer

  2. 2 oz. Midori chilled

  3. 2 oz. lemon vodka

  4. 2 oz. cointreau

  5. 2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice

  6. 2 oz. pineapple juice

  7. 1 tsp. marachino cherry

  1. Chill two martini glasses in freezer for 15 minutes. I made these again last night and tried a different way to get the green to stay in the bottom with better results. So here goes. Shake vodka, cointreau, orange juice, maraschino cherry juice*, and pineapple juice in large shaker filled with ice for one minute. Strain into two chilled martini glasses. Then carefully pour an ounce or so midori down the inside side of glass, so it just slides in. This way it will go straight to the bottom. Let sit a moment. Top with a mellon ball or two. Enjoy!! I added this cherry juice just to give it a little more orangy color, as mine were turning out yellow instead of orange.
