  1. 1/2 cup flour

  2. 1/3 cup cornmeal garlic powder salt and pepper

  3. 4-6 chicken thighs

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Wash the chicken thighs and salt them. In a ziplock bag add the first four ingredients. Add the chicken to the bag and shake to coat. Grease a heavy duty baking pan and bake the chicken thighs for 15 minutes at 475 degrees. Turn the temperature down to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes (or until brown).
