  2. 1 jar capers, small jar handful of horseradish strings chopped pickled beets chopped pickles white bread

  1. Mix ground beef with capers, horseradish, chopped pickled beets, and chopped pickles; make into patties. Fry in butter and oil. Toast simple white bread. Fry eggs sunny side up. Serve fried patty over toast covered by a fried egg.
