  1. 3/4 c Crushed corn flakes

  2. 1/2 c Unsweetened shredded coconut

  3. 1/2 c Peanut butter

  4. 2 tb Liquid honey or corn syrup

  1. Combine 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs, coconut, peanut butter and honey; mix thoroughly.

  2. Measure out 2 tsp portions, shape into balls.

  3. Roll in remaining corn flake crumbs.

  4. Chill until firm, store in covered container in refrigerator.
