  2. 1 packet onion soup mix

  3. 1 1/2 kilograms topside beef roast

  4. 3 Tablespoons flour

  5. 3 Tablespoons water -- mixed to a paste

  1. Sprinkle onion soup over the bottom of the crockpot. Addroast. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hrs, or 5 hrs. on HIGH.

  2. Pour accumulated juices into a saucepan; skim off fat.

  3. Add flour-water paste and bring to the boil, stirring constantlyuntil thickened. Serve over sliced meat.
