  2. 1 1/2 cups snow peas

  3. 1 red pepper sliced thin

  4. 6 ounces cooked shrimp

  5. 1 tablespoon fine chopped fresh ginger

  6. 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  8. 3 teaspoons vegetable oil

  9. 250 gram rice vermicelli

  10. 1/2 english cucumber sliced thin

  11. 130 gram crabmeat

  12. 1 chopped garlic clove

  13. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  14. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  15. 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

  1. Wash and trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water to cover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
