  1. 1 Mayonnaise

  2. 1 Or large onion

  3. Chips or dippers

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Processed cheese - (Velveeta)

  5. 5 Green pickled jalapeno peppers

  1. For variety, pickled carrots can be substituted for Jalapenos.

  2. For different effects, additional carrots and/or jalapenos can be finely diced and added to the dip.

  3. Dip increases in jalapeno strength with age.

  4. Use blender to liquefy jalapenos, then onion and cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes.

  5. When well blended, mix in bowl with mayonnaise.

  6. Dip will stay for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
