  2. 5 pounds chuck roast

  3. 2 cans french onion soup

  4. 16 ounces beer

  5. 2 ounces whiskey

  6. 2 beef bouillon cubes

  1. Braise roast in 400F oven for one hour.

  2. Add all ingredients together with roast in crock pot.

  3. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours.

  4. Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot.

  5. After simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces.

  6. May be served on buns or with potatoes and vegetables.
