  1. 3/4 pounds Ground pork

  2. 3/4 pounds Ground veal

  3. 1/2 pounds Ground beef

  4. 1/2 pounds Ground bacon

  5. 1/2 pounds Diced ham

  6. 1 Chopped shallot

  7. 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley (up to 2)

  8. 1/2 teaspoon Thyme

  9. 1 pinch Cumin

  10. 12 Pitted prunes

  11. 1 pinch Nutmeg

  12. 1 Egg

  13. 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  14. Salt and pepper

  15. 1 pounds Puff pastry

  16. 1 Egg yolk

  1. Mix all ground meats with bacon,shallot ,olive oil ,herbs and spices.Season with salt and pepper.Stir in egg to blend well. Roll out dough into ¼ inch thickness. Place half the meat mixture in the center of dough .
