  1. 1 3/4 ounces thick chocolate syrup

  2. 1/2 ounce creme de menthe coffee syrup

  3. 2 ounces espresso, hot freshly brewed

  4. sugar or Splenda sugar substitute

  5. milk , hot steamed to fill cup (or foamed)

  6. cocoa powder

  7. chocolate shavings

  1. Pour chocolate syrup into a 12 oz cup.

  2. Stir once around lifting from the bottom to bring the syrups up 3 add espresso.

  3. Sweeten as and if desired.

  4. Fill with hot steamed/foamed milk.

  5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and shaved chocolate.
