  1. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter/oleo

  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - chopped

  3. 1 Crabmeat - (or krab)

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Curry powder

  5. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Bread crumbs

  7. 1 Broccoli frozen - or fresh

  8. 1 cup 237ml Cheddar - grated

  9. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Plus 2t butter or oleo

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Drain crab and set aside. Cook broccoli until almost tender and arrange in the bottom of greased 1 qt casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onion. Add flour, curry powder and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Add crab. Pour over broccoli and cheese in casserole. Mix 2T of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. A good dish to use the Krab. Also does nicely in individual casseroles.
