  2. 1/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour

  3. 4 cup(s) Turkey Broth

  4. 1 cup(s) cranberry-apple cider

  5. Reserved pan drippings , Pomegranate-Lacquered Roast Turkey

  6. 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper

  1. Place turkey roasting pan across 2 stovetop burners over medium heat. Add turkey fat and whisk in flour; cook, whisking, until smooth and bubbly, about 2 minutes.

  2. Whisk in Turkey Broth and cider until incorporated, scraping up browned bits from roasting pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and gently boil until thickened, about 10 minutes. Whisk in reserved drippings and season with salt and pepper. After turkey rests, add any accumulated juices on platter to gravy.
