  1. 1 head of broccoli (1 1/2 pounds), cut into 2 inch florets

  2. 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  3. 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated

  5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  6. 1 teaspoon soy salt Sesame seeds, for garnish

  1. Steam broccoli over high heat until vibrant green and tender, about 3 - 4 minutes.

  2. In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil with the garlic, ginger and sesame oil and cook over moderate heat until the garlic is soft, about 1 minute.

  3. Drizzle soy sauce and let incorporate.

  4. Toss in broccoli, season with salt and cook for 1 minute, stirring carefully. Plating: Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.<
