  1. Tuna steaks - 1

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Soy sauce

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - crushed

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ginger - grated

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Sesame oil

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili pepper - minced

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  1. Whisk ingredients in small bowl. Pour marinade over fish and turn to coat.

  2. Cover and let marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature, or 1 hr. in the refrigerator, turning fish over once or twice and spooning marinade over.

  3. Preheat broiler.

  4. Broil fish 4 in. from heat source until glazed and golden, basting twice with marinade, approx.

  5. minutes Carefully turn fish over. Broil until glazed and just cooked.

  6. Transfer to plate and spoon juice over top.
