  1. 1 sheet of fresh or soaked tofu sheet

  2. 12 mussels

  3. 6 sticks of imitation crabmeat

  4. 2 stalks of green onion

  5. dash of pepper

  6. 2 tsp soy sauce

  7. 1 tsp corn starch

  8. Dipping sauce ingredients:

  9. 1/2 Tbsp dark soy sauce

  10. 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

  11. 1 tsp sugar

  12. 1 tsp sesame oil

  13. 2 Tbsp water

  1. Cut tofu sheet into stripes of 3cm x 20 cm.

  2. Thaw and wipe dry mussels and imitation crabmeat.

  3. Cut crabmeat and green onion to 3 cm long.

  4. Coat mussels with pepper, soy sauce, and corn starch.

  5. Put crabmeat, green onion, and mussels onto tofu sheet stripes, roll, and fasten with tooth-picks.

  6. Deep-fry for 3 minutes, drain oil, remove excess oil with paper towel.

  7. Boil the dipping sauce for dipping.
