  1. 6 cups sifted flour

  2. 1/2 cup milk

  3. 1/2 pt. sour cream

  4. 1/4 melted butter

  5. 3 egg s

  6. 1 tsp salt

  7. 1/4 cup sugar

  8. Filling

  9. 1 loaf farmers cheese about 2-4 Tbs sugar as desired

  10. 2 egg s to moisten

  11. parsley or chives as desired

  12. 1 potato per pound of farmers cheese if desired

  1. Mix together milk,sour cream,and butter. Add to the flour and salt.

  2. Add three eggs and ¼ c sugar Mix thoroughly and knead briefly. Let rest at least 15 min. Dough may be kept wrapped in Saran up to 3 days.

  3. Roll out thin and cut in 3½ diameter circles Fill and fold over crimping to seal.

  4. Can be baked at 425 for 25-30 min or boiled then fried or baked.
