  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Prepared white horseradish

  3. 6 tablespoons 90ml Chopped fresh chives

  4. 4 teaspoons 20ml Fresh lemon juice Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Whisk all ingredients to blend in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill.) This recipe yields about 2 cups.
