  1. 1 lb. pork

  2. 2 tablespoons sherry

  3. 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  4. 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks

  5. 1 large onion cut into chunks

  6. 1 large tomato cut into chunks

  7. 1 can pineapple chunks

  8. Sauce :

  9. 1/2 cup sugar

  10. 1/2 cup vinegar

  11. 1/4 cup catsup

  12. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  13. juice from pineapple

  1. Cut pork into chunks. Coat with cornstarch and sherry. Fry in oil until well browned. Set aside.

  2. Fry bell pepper and onion so they are still crunchy. Add tomatoe and pineapple, stir all together. Add in pork.

  3. Mix sauce ingredients together and add to meat and vegetable mixture.
