  1. 2 Tbls ginger , minced

  2. 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup light colored sesame oil

  4. 1/4 cup onion , chopped

  5. 2 Tbls celery , chopped

  6. 2 Tsp miso paste

  7. 2 Tbls toasted sesame seeds ground (or tahini )

  8. 2 Tbls soy sauce

  9. 2 Tbls either lemon juice or dry sake

  1. Mix in blender or food processor. Goes nicely over mixed greens including shredded cabbage and carrots.
