  1. 2 tortillas

  2. 2 cups cooked -- mashed black beans (or refried beans)

  3. 2 cups chicken -- shredded

  4. 1 tomato -- wedged

  5. 1 cup string beans -- cook and cool

  6. 1 head lettuce -- shredded

  7. 1 green bell pepper -- sliced

  8. 2 green onions -- diced

  9. 1 can plain green olives -- chopped

  10. 1 cup cheddar cheese -- grated

  11. 2 tablespoons hot sauce

  1. Preparation : Lay a tortilla on each plate; spread with a layer of beans. Lay chicken on beans. Toss together vegetables and cheese; and mound on top of chicken. Sprinkle hot sauce on top.
