  1. 1 cup milk

  2. 1 cup light cream

  3. 2 egg yolks

  4. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  5. 1 dash ground nutmeg

  6. 2 cups double strength coffee whipped cream ground nutmeg

  1. Preparation : Combine milk and cream in medium saucepan. Beat together egg yolks, sugar and nutmeg. Add to milk mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture coats a metal spoon. (Do not boil). Whisk coffee into milk mixture. Serve very hot, topped with whipped cream and ground nutmeg.
