  1. 300 g tempe, steamed, mashed

  2. 1 egg white

  3. 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced

  4. 1/2 tbsp corn starch

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  6. 1/2 tsp sugar

  7. 1/4 tsp pepper

  8. 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder cooking oil banana leaves for wrapping Spices:(puree)

  9. 2 pieces of curly red chili

  10. 75 g peanuts, roasted, mashed

  11. 2 hazelnut

  12. 1/4 tsp roasted shrimp paste

  13. 2 red onions

  1. : 1. Heat oil, saute spices until fragrant. Lift.

  2. Mix all ingredients and saute spices. Stir well.

  3. Take one tablespoon of dough, wrapped in a banana leaf like otak-otak. Repeat until all dough is done.

  4. Bake until cooked and fragrant, remove and serve.
