  1. 1 cup cooked chickpeas

  2. French dressing

  3. I used Ayla Organics fat free (vegan)

  4. 1 dessert apple

  5. 2 small sticks celery

  6. 1 medium onion

  7. 2-3 tomatoes

  8. lemon juice

  9. parsley

  10. Drain the beans well and toss in dressing. Peel and chop the apple, wash

  11. and chop the celery and slice the onion thinly. Mix all together and add

  12. lemon juice to taste. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top and garnish with

  13. chopped parsley.
