  1. 3 slice(s) bacon

  2. 1 cup(s) pitted prunes , snugly packed

  3. 5 teaspoon(s) creamy gorgonzola or other blue cheese

  4. 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper

  1. Place bacon between double layer of paper towels on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp. Break bacon strips into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Stuff each prune with 1/4 teaspoon creamy gorgonzola or other blue cheese. Sprinkle pepper over all and top with bacon.
