  1. spinach or green or red swisschard

  2. Philadelphia cream cheese one pkg per bunch of greens

  3. parmeasean cheese

  4. 2 eggs (1 egg beaten)

  5. 1 cup italian flavored breadcrumbs

  6. i pie crust top & bottom (or hand made is always better)

  1. Preparation:

  2. remove stems from swiss chard (and spinach)

  3. mix everything and pour into pie crust

  4. top crust brush with beaten egg

  5. and put into oven until golden brown
