  1. 2 1/2 cups medium shell macaroni

  2. 12 ounces of Italian sausage (Birds Eye)

  3. 3/4 cup chopped green onion s

  4. 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce

  5. 1 14-ounce jar spaghetti sauce

  6. 16 ounces of mozzarella cheese

  7. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Prepare pasta according to package.

  2. In skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Reserve 1 Tablespoon of fat. Cook onion and garlic until tender.

  3. Combine pasta, sausage, onion mixture, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, ½ mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning and pepper. Toss gently.

  4. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 - 10 minutes longer.
