  1. 1 pkg. lemon jello

  2. 1 c hot water

  3. 1 c sugar

  4. 8 egg s, seperated

  5. 4 lemon s pkg. ladyfinger s pinch of salt

  1. Dissolve jello in hot water. Mix egg yolks,sugar, juice and rind and cook over slow flame until like thin custard. Add dissolved jello and let set until early firm then add whites of eggs whipped to a peak. Line spring pan with ladyfingers (cut in half-keep other half for later) and pour in jello mixture. Let cool, then top with whipped cream-no sugar.
