  1. Low-Fat Shrimp Marinara

  2. 2 6-ounce cans tomato paste

  3. 3 Tablespoons minced parsley

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  6. 2 16-ounce cans whole tomatoes

  7. 1 cup water

  8. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  9. 1 teaspoon basil

  10. 24 ounces large shrimp, frozen

  11. Place all ingredients, except shrimp, into a slow cooker. Stir to

  12. combine, cover and cook on medium for 8 hours. Stir shrimp into 45 minutes; recover. Serve over rice. Makes

  13. servings.
