  1. 1. 1 Angel food cake 2. Kraft Fat free pistachio instant pudding 3. 1 pint strawberries (sliced) 4. 1 pint blueberries 5. 1 pint blackberries 6. 1 pint raspberries 7. 1 16 oz Kraft fat free Cool whip 8. Kiwis Optional 9. 1 can crushed pineapple with juice 10. 1 can Mandarin oranges segments

Method: Cut up the angel food cake in bite size pieces and put in a large serving bowl or a punch bowl, Add half of the can of crushed pineapple than layer it with ½ of the prepared pudding mix and then the cool whip mixture, lay the fresh fruit on top and top with cool whip, you can have either one to two layers of the cake garnish the last cool whip layer with kiwis and mandarin oranges. Chill at least 2 hours before serving…. USE YOUR IMAGINATIONS FOLKS SUBSTITUTE FRUITS OF YOUR CHOICE, ADD FRUIT JUICE TO ANGLE FOOD CAKE OR USE NUTS, COCONUT FLAKES, MANGO PULP ETC…
