  1. 1 4 1/2-ounce round Brie cheese, chilled

  2. 8 1/2-inch-thick slices crusty Italian or French bread

  3. 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  4. 1 medium apple, cored and thinly sliced

  5. 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or cooked ham, cut into bite-size strips

  6. 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary

  1. Cut chilled Brie into thin slices; set aside. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Broil about 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Turn slices over; brush lightly with melted butter. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Layer Brie, apple, and prosciutto on toasted bread; sprinkle with rosemary. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese begins to soften.
