  1. 500 gram (1 Lb) fresh pasta (I used a roasted garlic tortellini )

  2. 1 Tbsp olive oil

  3. 6 green onions finely diced (or to taste)

  4. 4 garlic cloves , minced (or to taste)

  5. 600 ml (1 1/2 cups) alfredo sauce of choice

  6. 2 Tsp basil , dried

  7. 2 Tsp paprika

  8. 2 Tsp celery Seed

  9. fresh cracked pepper

  10. salt (to taste)

  11. 4 Cups chopped spinach (I had frozen some fresh, chopped frozen)

  12. 2 Cups shrimp (I used cooked)

  13. 1/4 - 1/2 Cup of half and half ( light) cream (If your Alfredo has a thick consistency)

  14. 1 Cup mozzarella cheese grated

  15. 1 Cup parmesan cheese (the real stuff) grated

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil, add pasta of choice and boil as per package instructions minus a couple of minutes, drain and set aside.

  2. In a medium size pot/pan add Olive oil and gently saute onions until translucent.

  3. Lower heat to medium-low and add garlic, saute for a couple of minutes.

  4. Add your Alfredo sauce and stir.

  5. Add spices, basil, paprika, celery seed, pepper, salt.

  6. Add Spinach and continue stirring.

  7. Add Shrimp and stir.

  8. Add light cream continue stirring for several minutes. (If your Alfredo is a thinner version you may not need to add the cream)

  9. Remove from heat.

  10. Spray casserole dish with Cooking spray.

  11. Fill casserole dish with fresh pasta.

  12. Add your Alfredo sauce.

  13. Mix together.

  14. Sprinkle mixture of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over top.

  15. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  16. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.

  17. Serve and sprinkle a little Parmesan over top!
