  2. (cut into cubes (yes sirloin

  3. 1 Green pepper diced (large)

  4. 1 Red pepper - diced

  5. 1 Jalapeno pepper

  8. 1 Tomato sauce

  9. (or whole tomatoes chopped

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cumin

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili powder

  12. 1/2 Beer -

  13. 4 Crisp bacon

  1. This recipe works great in a slow cooker for approx.

  2. hrs. if you don't have one, cook on low for at least 2 hours.

  3. Slightly brown the steak cubes in the bacon fat, drain and then add remaining ingredients.

  4. Simmer as mentioned above.

  5. Top with shredded cheddar and raw onions.
