  1. 1 1/2c Cold milk

  2. 2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin

  3. 1 c Scalded milk

  4. 2 Eggs

  5. 1/4c Sugar

  6. 1 ts Vanilla

  7. 1/2ts Cinnamon

  8. 8 Ice cubes, crushed

  9. 3 Fresh peaches, peeled and -sliced

  1. + Directions : Pour 1/2 cup cold milk in blender container. Sprinkle gelatin over. Let soften for 3 minutes, then add scalded milk. Blend 2 minute at low speed. Add remaining cold milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Add ice, a little at a time, blending at high speed until ice is melted. Pour mixture into medium bowl. Chill until partially set. In parfait glasses, layer mixture alternately with peach slices, finishing with peaches. Chill until set. Makes 8 servings.
