  1. 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

  2. 1/4 cup(s) sugar

  3. 6 tablespoon(s) canola oil

  4. sliced strawberries

  5. spinach

  1. Mix lemon juice and sugar. Let stand for 5 min. Use a blender or immersion blender to blend the juice and sugar. Slowly add the oil until all is well blended. Combine the sliced strawberries and spinach. Add dressing and toss to coat. (pears are good too and toasted pecans sound good)
