  1. 1 Cup all-purpose flour

  2. 1 Cup bread crumbs -- fresh

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic -- granulated

  6. 3 to 4 pounds chicken breast -- skinless, boneless -- cut in strips OR chicken tenders SAUCE:

  7. 1 Cup honey

  8. 1 Cup spicy brown mustard -- prepared

  9. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  1. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.

  2. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake off excess.

  3. Deep-fry in 375 degrees oil about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until completely cooked and golden brown.

  4. Combine honey, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well.

  5. Serve chicken fingers with sauce on the side
