  1. cassava , cut in small pieces and boiled

  2. 1 -2 green chilies , chopped

  3. 1 small onion , chopped

  4. 1 small tomato , chopped

  5. 1 cup light coconut milk

  6. 1 cup thick coconut milk

  7. salt

  8. coriander leaves , to garnish

  1. In a saucepan, add the chopped green chilies, onion, salt, and tomatoes. Add chopped cassava and light coconut milk. Cook until the milk has almost evaporated (cook over medium heat). Add the thick coconut milk and bring to a boil. Cook for exactly 5 minutes. Allow to cool and garnish with a few coriander leaves.
