  1. 1 Ripe avocado - peeled

  2. 2 cups 474ml Hummus bi tahini

  3. 1 Scallion - chopped

  4. 1 Tomato - chopped (small)

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Green chilies - chopped

  6. Olive oil

  7. Cilantro - chopped

  8. Pita

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Scoop avocado into a medium bowl. Mash & add hummus, blend thoroughly.

  2. Gently stir in the scallion, tomato & chilies. Check seasonings.

  3. Cover & refrigerate. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil & garnish with cilantro.

  4. Serve with pita wedges.
