  1. 3 teaspoons 15ml Curry

  2. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  4. 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

  5. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Orange juice

  6. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Rice

  7. 3/4 cup 177ml Water

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Brown sugar

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried mustard

  10. Fresh parsley

  1. Combine curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken and rub in.

  2. In 10-inch skillet, combine orange juice, rice, water, brown sugar, mustard, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Arrange chicken on top.

  3. Bring to a boil. cover and simmer 20 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
