  1. Crockpot-Barbeque Beef or pork

  2. Yield: 24 servings

  3. 4 to 6 lb beef or pork or a combination, cut in large chunks

  4. 1 to 2 packages onion soup mix

  5. 2 12-oz bottles chili sauce

  6. 1/2 c brown sugar

  7. 1/4 c blackstrap molasses

  8. 2 tb Worcestershire sauce

  9. 3 c water

  10. onions

  12. In Crockpot on High, place cut up pieces of beef and pork with 1

  13. to 2 packages of onion soup mix. Use enough water to cover. You

  14. can add additional onions and celery to give it more flavor.

  15. Cook until fork tender.

  16. Remove from Crock, put meat on platter to cool, and save a couple

  17. of cups of the juice it was cooked in. Put into the crockpot the

  18. Chili Sauce, brown sugar, molasses and Worcestershire to taste.

  19. Shred meat on a board with a fork and paring knife. Put it back

  20. in crock and add just enough juice to make it moist.

  21. Serve on hamburger rolls. bakery Hamburger rolls, or Kaiser rolls.
