  7. 2 cups plus

  8. 25 g Fresh yeast (.9 oz)

  9. 1 3/4 l Milk (1/2 cup plus 1/2 Tbsp)

  10. 1 d Salt

  11. 50 g Butter (3 1/2 Tbsp)

  12. Topping:

  13. 4 bn To

  14. 5 bn green onions

  15. 2 bn To

  16. 3 bn chives

  17. 1 t (level) ground nutmeg

  18. 1/8 l Sour cream

  19. 1/2 cup plus

  20. -Tbsp)

  21. 1 Egg

  22. Salt to taste

  23. 150 g Butter (2/3 cup)

  24. Dough:

  25. Mix a regular yeast dough and shape it into small

  26. 4 1/2 to 6 inches in diameter. Then stretch

  27. these circles, from the center towards the edges so

  28. that the center is slightly thinner and the edge of

  29. the circle forms a slightly thicker rim. Finely chop

  30. the onion and chives, mix with the egg and sour cream.

  31. Stir in the nutmeg and salt. Fill the center of the

  32. 'Waehe' with this mixture. Bake at moderate heat

  33. until yellow. Remove from oven, dot with butter, and serve piping hot.
