  1. Custard Apple Cheesecake

  2. 1 packet plain sweet biscuits

  3. 90 g butter

  4. 3 teaspoons gelatin

  5. 1 custard apple

  6. 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese

  7. 1/2 cup castor sugar

  8. 1 tin evaporated milk

  9. juice of half a lemon

  10. grapes to decorate.

  11. Crumb biscuits, mix with butter and press into a large pie dish.

  12. Heat under the grill for 10-15 minutes. Boil gelatin briefly in

  13. half a cup of water. Scoop the custard apple pulp out and remove

  14. the seeds. Beat in a food processor until smooth, then cream the

  15. cheese and sugar. Add all the ingredients together, pour into the

  16. crust and leave to set. Decorate the top with grapes.
