  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Pine nuts - toasted

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Garlic cloves (large)

  3. 2 3/4 cups 110g / 3.9oz Fresh basil leaves - (6 bunches)

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Grated fresh parmesan cheese - (1/2 ounce)

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Extra-virgin olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Drop pine nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on, and process until minced. Add basil, cheese, and lemon juice; process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute; process until well-blended. Spoon into a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; store in refrigerator. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
